Mushrooms can be collected using the pouch. You can carry up to 10 mushrooms. Gardens created in caves have the option to plant mushrooms instead of seeds.

Can be crafted to medicine and energy mix.
Aloe seeds can be planted in a garden and wall plant pot.

Blackberries

Cannot be collected with the pouch.

(Oval-leaved) Blueberries

Can be collected with the pouch. After collecting or eating blueberries, the player can receive blueberry seeds. They can be planted in a garden and wall plant pot.

Chanterelle Mushroom

They come in groups of 5 and look almost like the Jack O Lantern Mushroom.

Chicory

Can be crafted to energy mix.

Coneflower

Can be crafted to medicine and energy mix.
After collecting, the player can receive coneflower seeds. They can be planted in a garden and wall plant pot.

Dandelion

Drop leaves when destroyed.

Deer Mushroom

Fireweed

Drop leaves when destroyed.

Fly Agaric

Is the only poisonous mushroom.

Horsetail

Drop leaves when destroyed.

Jack O Lantern Mushroom

They come in groups of 5 and look almost like the Chanterelle Mushroom.

Liberty Cap Mushroom

They come in groups of 4 or 5 and are very small and rare.

Marigold

Can be crafted to medicine.

Poison Powderpuff Mushroom

They come in groups of 4 and look almost like the Deer Mushroom, but with a small dent on top.

Snowberry

Can be collected with a pouch.

Thistle

[unverified] Has a chance to grow in place of a plant inside a garden.

Twinberry

Can be collected with a pouch. Can be used to craft poisoned arrows.
